This website, www.sichersystems.com, is operated by Sicher Systems, the company behind MSA (MachineSafeAssess). Sicher Systems is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: divya.iyer@sichersystems.com.

• Messages you send us. The contact form does not send data to a server. It opens your own email program with a pre-filled message to us. If you send it, or email us directly, we receive your name, email address, company and whatever you write.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data when you visit, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and referrer, to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build visitor profiles.

This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking. Fonts are self-hosted on our own domain, so no request is made to third-party font services such as Google Fonts.

• Operating and securing the website (server logs): our legitimate interest in a reliable, secure site, Art. 6(1)(f).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or sell it to anyone.

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website and processes server log data.
• Namecheap (Private Email) hosts our email and stores messages you send us.

These providers act as processors on our behalf. Some may process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as an adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period in line with its own retention settings.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you can object at any time. This notice covers the website only. Data processed when you use the MSA platform or our one-time safety assessment service is covered by the agreement with you, including any data processing terms.
