Sicher Systems offers MSA as a SaaS subscription and a one-time safety assessment with sign-off by certified safety engineers. The website describes these services. It does not create a contract. Any service is provided under a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms. The site shows no prices; contact us for a proposal.

Content on this site, including standards guides and blog articles, is general information. It is not legal, engineering or safety advice and does not replace a risk assessment, conformity assessment or sign-off for your specific machine or plant. Standards and regulations change; always check the current official texts. Do not rely on the site content alone for safety or compliance decisions.

You may browse and share links to the site for lawful purposes. You must not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

The site's text, graphics, design and the names MSA and MachineSafeAssess belong to Sicher Systems or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference.
